Zedd has some new things to celebrate in 2019. In his career, it’s surely his return to Coachella in April. But at home, it’s his jaw-dropping new art piece he commissioned from artist Dante Dentoni, just recently completed. Dentoni is known for his LEGO-based embedding creations and sculptures. He brought his talents into Zedd’s home, transforming an entire corner wall in his house into a mini architectural masterpiece. The final assemblage, showcased recently on Zedd’s Instagram page, is truly awe-inspiring. The kaleidoscopic and multifariously textured construction envelops the regular wall like fantastic moss or the inside of a geode, and includes secret compartments that reveal vignettes close to Zedd’s heart: a view from the dj booth at Omnia in Las Vegas, a nod to the video game Overwatch, and more.
