Two gas line breaks led to road closings in Orléans Thursday afternoon.
Police said that they’re controlling traffic as Enbridge workers and firefighters respond to what police had warned was a potential gas leak.
There was no word on when it would be fixed. There were no reported injuries or evacuations.
The city’s traffic centre first warned of the closure of a stretch of Charlemagne Boulevard from Tenth Line Road to Bottriell Way in the Fallingbrook area.
Then it alerted road users that Princess Louise Drive was closed from Charlemagne Boulevard to Thurlow Street and Delia Crescent.
Then Belcourt Boulevard was shut between Carriere Street and Toulouse Crescent.
