According to federal Bureau of Prisons records obtained by Radar, he is in custody at Philadelphia FDC, an administrative security federal detention center.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was re-arrested just nine days only days after being released and taken to a half-way house where he was required to follow a list of rules.

According to The Blast, who first broke the news, Nida allegedly broke technical requirement pertaining to the rules of his release.

Radar broke the news that Phaedra Parks’ ex-husband was released from from Fort Dix Correctional Facility and moved to a halfway house on June 4.

FDC Philadelphia was opened in 2000. It holds male and female inmates prior to or during court proceedings.

He could now remain behind bars until his original release date of October 15, 2019.

Parks’ ex-husband was sentenced to eight years in prison for fraud. He cashed stolen checks and laundered over $2.3 million through fake bank accounts.

His release date was August 29, 2020. A federal judge reduced Nida’s sentence by a full year in March.

He has been engaged to Sherien Almufti since 2016.

She has been posting photos and updates of their prison romance on her Instagram page.

Nida, 40, was married to Parks, 45, who was fired from the Bravo series, from 2009 to 2017. They share sons Dylan and Ayden.
