The driver of an ATV killed Tuesday after a traffic crash in Atlantic County has been identified as a 23-year-old from Pleasantville, police said.

Bruce Banks died in the 1:20 p.m. crash between Washington Avenue and the Black Horse Pike, police said Wednesday.

His passenger, Devon Banks, 19, also of Pleasantville, is in critical condition at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus in Atlantic City, according to Pleasantville Police Captain Matthew Hartman.
