Corey Hart brings Never Surrender Tour to Ottawa June 12

It’s Dreaming Time Again for Corey Hart.

That’s the new record from the singer who dominated the Canadian pop charts in the 1980s and is back with his first major arena tour across Canada since 1986.

It stops at Canadian Tire Centre June 12 with special guests still to be announced.

In his heyday, Hart sold more than 16 million records and had nine consecutive Billboard Top 40 hits and 31 Top 40 singles in Canada.

His hits included Sunglasses at Night, which dominated MTV during the summer of 1984 and won the first ever JUNO for Video of the Year, and Never Surrender, which spent nine weeks topping the Canadian charts.

The Never Surrender Tour 2019 kicks off on in St. John’s on May 31, Hart’s 57th birthday, and winds up in Vancouver June 25.
