GOOGLE fans can bag the firm’s latest smartphone for just £3.99 – thanks to a limited deal from Argos.
The retailer is flogging the £399 phone with a hefty 99% discount to 50 lucky buyers who fill out a quick form.
The new phone was only announced at the start of May 2019, making it highly coveted.
It’s designed to be a pared-down version of last year’s Google Pixel 3, with a much friendlier price tag.
But it doesn’t get friendlier than Argos’ £3.99 offer, which runs from now until 23:59 on Monday, May 20.

“We wanted to celebrate the launch of the Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL at Argos with a bag,” said Phil Elford, Head of Technology at Argos.
“And what better way than to offer our customers an incredible 99% discount.”
Once the registration period ends, Argos will select 50 lucky customers from the list of registrants.
They’ll receive a heavily discounted SIM-free Google Pixel 3a with 64GB of storage in the Just Black colour.
Google Pixel 3a – what is it?
Here's what you need to know…
Announced in early May, the Pixel 3a is a brand new “cheap” smartphone made by Google.
It’s actually just a pared-down version of last year’s flagship Google Pixel 3, with a slightly slower processor and a marginally less impressive camera.
But it retains almost all of the Pixel 3’s features, including the see-in-the-dark Night Sight mode and the Google Lens camera that identifies real world objects using AI.
Better still, it starts at just £399, which is well below the £600-£700 price tag of the Google Pixel 3 proper.
You can collect your device at the Click & Collect phone box pick-up point on London’s South Bank on Thursday, May 23.
However, Argos told The Sun that you can also have your device delivered to you.
That’ll be a far more practical option for anyone a long way outside of the capital.
